I am hereby sharing my experience of last 6 months with some the PTC sites (Paid-to-Click) sites.
In case you are not aware of the PTC sites, let me share some basic details.
PTC sites basically act as a bridge between Advertisers and Consumers. The advertisers are paying to display their products and ads on the PTC websites and consumers click on these ads to view them and get paid.
Logic is pretty simple, PTC sites charge the advertisers a good amount to display their ads and then pay a small portion(mere peanuts),to the consumers to click on these ads. The normal payout per click is nearly $0.001-$0.0005 per ad clicked.

So coming back to the point I am here sharing my personal experience with these PTC sites (ClickSense,NeoBux,NerdBux). I think these 3 are the best genuine paying sites.
So I have registered with these sites nearly 6 months back in March-13, seeing a lot of "Get Rich Soon" ads and emails,promising that you can make anywhere between $10-$200/300 per day in your part-time. And it was 'Too good to be True" kind of opportunity that I thought should not be missed.
Anyways these sites are FREE to join and hence you do not have anything to loose as such.Moreover the job is quite simple, need to click on the ads and stay on the page for some time.
How COMPLICATED is that? Come-on I mean you don't have to be a Tech-God and no exceptional technical expertise required. Its an easy job which any Tom,Dick or Harry can do, then why not me??
There are many forums and sites online that give you N-number of ways to use these PTC sites and referral tricks to earn good daily cash($10-$100).They will make you believe that making money from these sites is as easy as 'Ordering a pizaa'.And most of us fall into this sweet Trap that we can soon be making extra cash pretty easily(at least I felt into the Trap).
I am not saying that these PTC sites are bad or all Fake, but what I realized the hard way was
"Is it worth all that Time and Effort??" and my answer to that would be
'Absolutely No'.
Even after 6 months of clicking ads I have not made a Fortune, just some peanuts. Just calculate yourself that you have 10-20 paid ads everyday for normal members(Premium members have some more luxury), each ad paying you about $0.001-$0.005. Yes you do have other ways to make some extra bucks:
ClickGrids(its a picture grid where you need to click on one grid and if you are Lucky enough, you might win some cash-$1-$10, I was never a chosen-one)
Small Tasks (need small time to complete,pay you around $0.01-$1)
Paid Videos etc.
However I have to admit that even after trying very hard and putting in my best efforts(I swear I never sweated so much even for my engineering exams), I was not able to make any substantial gains. I made it a routine to login into my accounts daily and keeping on clicking Ads like a 'FOOL', thinking very soon even I will join the Millionaire club.
I can imagine you all laughing or smiling at my foolishness. Even a class 2 kid can tell that with earning $0.01-$0.03 a day,it would take me ages to mass a Fortune and be a Millionaire.
But I don't feel bad as I know that there are millions out there who are doing the same thing as what I did and tried for nearly 6 months.
